Jeanine Cohen

Jeanine has been in Property Management for approaching 30 years working for a number of Freehold and Managing Agent companies in various positions.

She studied Horticulture, Design and Garden History at Capel Manor, which gave her the skills to work on landscaping and sustainable projects across the residential blocks and developments she managed.

She researched and wrote The Property Manager’s Guide to Green Space Management published by The Property Institute in 2025. This guide is an essential toolkit for the many requirements involved in successfully budgeting, managing and maintaining green and amenity spaces. It is used as a resource by the London Parks and Gardens Trust, and by Property Managers across the country in residential and commercial fields.

In recent years, Jeanine has been a Judge for the London in Bloom annual competition.

Jeanine is a Member of The Property Institute (formerly IRPM) and an Associate RICS.
