Sarah is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 30 years in global investment banking at Goldman Sachs.
She has covered a broad range of HR activity, with a particular focus on Employee Relations which aims to reinforce the organisation’s culture and reputation, while supporting a positive employee experience. Sarah has provided advice and coaching to both senior leaders and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship including manager effectiveness, performance management and organisational change.
She has extensive experience in investigations, helping to resolve complex workplace situations while ensuring adherence to employment policies and legal standards.
Sarah is a Mental Health First Aider, an accredited Coach and Mediator and has been a mentor and manager to many during her career.
