The Foundation for Jewish Heritage had been appointed the expert body to guide the Council of Europe in its investigation into the state of Jewish heritage today. The final report with recommendations has now been passed by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
This is an important moment for all those engaged in advocacy work on behalf of preserving Jewish heritage and we hope it will lead to greater support by Council Member States for action in the field.
