Saving Hamburg’s historic Reform Temple

The Foundation has been supporting local efforts to save the remains of the New Israelite Temple in Hamburg.


The historic and once beautiful synagogue was opened in 1844 serving one of the world’s first Reform Jewish congregations. The project website is www.hamburg-tempel-poolstrasse.de and the international appeal for support can be viewed below.
